Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority.  Please read our full return policy to ensure full understanding and clear expectations.  If your purchase qualifies for a return, please email medsupplyCSR@diamondpharmacy.com to receive a return authorization number.  No returns will be accepted without this authorization number. 

If your return is the result of a shipping or supply error on our end, Diamond Medical Supply will refund the entire purchase amount and the return shipping costs; however, Diamond is not responsible for arranging return shipments.  

Please review the following return guidelines:

  • All returns must have a call tag
  • Items eligible for return must be returned within 30 days after delivery
  • Products must be in new, ready-for-sale condition
  • Safety seals cannot be opened or broken
  • All parts and accessories must be included and in the original packaging
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • If returning an order that originally shipped for free,, we will deduct the original outbound shipping costs from your refund as well as the return shipping fee
  • Return orders will have a 20% restocking fee applied to the customer 
  • If your return is due to a defective product or shipping error, Diamond Medical will refund the entire purchase amount and shipping costs

 

Not all items are returnable.  Please review the list below of ineligible items:

  • Opened personal care items
  • Oxygen concentrators 
  • All men’s health items
  • Raised toilet seats and commodes
  • Shower chairs
  • Toilet benches
  • Toilet risers
  • Toilet frames
  • Mattresses
  • All special order items 
  • All custom items 
  • All sale or clearance items 
  • Anything opened, used, or tried on 
  • Custom wheelchairs
  • Opened cases
  • Bulk orders 
  • Lift chairs 

Diamond reserves the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, or typographical errors.  Images on the site may not always reflect the actual product.  Footrests or leg rests are not included with wheelchairs unless specified.

How do I receive a call tag/return authorization?

Email medsupplycsr@diamondpharmacy.com and you will receive a response from a representative.  You can also call 724.349.1111 and utilize the extensions listed below.

  • Ext. 7352 for Personal Care Homes/Independent Living Sites
  • Ext. 7340 for Skilled Nursing/Home Health
  • Ext. 7345 for Correctional Sites

Returned items must be received  by Diamond Medical Supply within 30 days of shipping to be considered eligible for return payment. 

Restocking Fees:  Remember, you will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee on returns.

Exchanges:  Due to the amount of manufacturers and customers we work with, each with different shipping and return policies, we do not offer exchanges.  If you wish to receive a different product, simply set up a return and place a new order.
